1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship all products to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), based on Los Angeles, California local time. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days

  • Processing and Shipping Days: Monday through Friday

No Hidden Fees: We do not charge shipping fees on orders shipped within the United States. No minimum order value is required for free standard shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to track your package.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@smartkitchengear.store We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier to help resolve it.

6. Customs & Import Duties

We currently ship within the United States only. International customs duties and import taxes do not apply to our standard domestic shipping service.
